OVERVIEW

Our refund and return policy lasts for 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we will not be able to offer you a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Several types of goods are exempt from returns. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are considered intimate or hygienic goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

To complete your return, we need your receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchases back to the manufacturer.

There are certain cases where refunds are only partially granted:

A book with obvious signs of use

A CD, DVD, VHS tape, program, video game, cassette tape, or vinyl record that has been opened.

Any item that is not in its original state, is damaged or missing parts for reasons that are not our fault.

Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery

Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will send you an email to let you know that we have received the returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be automatically applied to your credit card or original payment method, within a certain amount of days.

Delayed or lost refunds

If you haven’t gotten your money back yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, and it may take some time before the refund is officially posted.

Then contact your bank. There is often some processing time before the refund is posted.

Items for sale

Only regular-priced items can be redeemed. Items on sale cannot be refunded.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to replace it with the same item. Send us an email at {email address} and send your item to: {physical address}.

Gifts

If the item is marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you. You will receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received. A gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item is not marked as a gift when you purchase it. Or the gift giver has shipped the order to themselves to give it to you later. We’ll send a refund to the gift giver and they’ll recognize your return.

Return shipping

To return your product. You must mail your product to: {physical address}.

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs to return your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you get a refund. The cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live. The time it may take for your reciprocal product to reach you may vary.

If you are returning more expensive items. You might consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive the returned item.
